2009 Schedule

It’s the beginning of a new year and for all of us, a big welcome to the terrific three’s! Birthday season has not quite finished for our group…. see you at Harvey’s pirate party and a week later you’re all invited to Poppy’s sandcastle contest on the first of February if you are in town over the long weekend. More details coming on her invitation.

This year I have split our Mum’s group meetings into months and will allocate everyone a month. It would be great if you could then decide on where you’d like Mum’s Group to meet on the available Mondays in the month (including your house if possible). Even if you can’t make it to each get-together, you’ll be able to set the location for me to list on the website. See the schedule in the menu above or click here.

Chipmunks Adventure Playground

Poppy and I didn’t go to Chipmunks last week, but heard everyone had a fun time.  If anyone took photos… send them through! Thanks
You’re invited to our house in Richmond tomorrow morning – hopefully it won’t rain the whole morning and we can run around outside a little.  Next week it’s already December and the start of birthday party season for our group!  I’ve scheduled a Monday morning near your child’s birthday for you host a little party for them with their Mum’s Group friends.  If this doesn’t suit, please let me know and I’ll replace with a back-up plan.  Also, the invitations are out for our Christmas Party… if you haven’t received yours (with extra for your parents) please let me know and I’ll drop them off this week.

Lorene’s House

Lorene’s new house is sensational and plenty of room for the kids to run around and play.  We noticed how well they all played together whilst in a different room to their Mums….

Jester House

The eels were fantastic entertainment and the surroundings at Jester House made for a fun morning’s play. More photos on Poppy’s blog: Photos of Eel Feeding

Next week we will change things a little from previously scheduled.  Lorene will now have Max’s party AFTER his real birthday so instead we will meet at North Road playground then walk through to Founder’s Cafe for a coffee on Monday.  We will also meet a week earlier for our dessert night and change the venue to The Stables, Croucher Street, Richmond.  Hopefully, Nadine will be able to come along before her due date the week later.

Julie’s House

What a wonderful view!  The kids had endless fun while we ate Julie’s sensational lemon cake…. yum!

Hopefully the weather will be fine for our trip out to see the eels at Jester House tomorrow.

We’ve moved our dessert night earlier to hopefully include Nadine before her due date!  Please note it’s now on Thursday night 13 November in Richmond – you could do some late night shopping at the Mall for Christmas too!
